When Do I Need To Book?

We suggest that you make your Lumaa Transfer Service booking as soon as you know your travel plans or have confirmation of your itinerary. We accept last minute bookings up to a few hours before the estimated time of arrival, however, we cannot guarantee that one of our vehicles will be available to collect you during our peak periods.

Can I Set Up An Invoice Or An Account?

Yes, we will set up a business account for you. You may be invoiced per trip or on a monthly cycle if you will require regular chauffeuring services. Please let us know your preferred form of invoicing.

What Are The Minimum Hours?

An hourly service is charged at a minimum of four hours. Further hours can be added as needed.

How Will I Recognize My Chauffeur At The Airport?

Once clearing customs, your chauffeur will be waiting for you holding a name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before flight landing, if you have provided a mobile contact number. If you have not yet met your chauffeur, please check your chauffeur’s mobile telephone number on your booking confirmation form.

If My Flight Arrives Early, Will My Chauffeur Be There?

Yes, we monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.

What Luggage Capacity Does LAMAA Transfer Services Offer?

Mercedes Benz S-Class & E-Class holds 3 large luggage.
Mercedes Benz V-Class holds 4 large luggage.
Range Rover holds 4 large luggage.

Will My Chauffeur Help Me With My Luggage?

Of coarse, your chauffeur will always assist you in carrying your luggage.

Do Your Drivers Have Certificates?

Our drivers are fully PCO licensed and DBS vetted

Do You Operate A Non Smoking Policy?

Absolutely! If you are a smoker, please advise your chauffeur if you require smoking breaks.
